Simply follow these easy steps to make a claim:
1. Notify us of the claim you want to make within 10 calendar days from the date of the incident. You can notify us at any time using the form below.
2. Send us all the documents related to your claim within 30 calendar days from the date of your recovery. Please make sure that all the documents are written in either English or Arabic. If you have documents in any other language, due to an accident overseas for example, they must be translated by an official public translator before you can send them to us.
3. If some cases, we may also need you to attend a medical examination before we can complete your claim.
